Hello lovelies!

Happy Christmas, and Happy Holidays to everyone who celebrates. This year has gone by way too quickly. I feel like I spent most of it with my head down writing books that won’t be coming out until later in 2026. Such is the joy of traditional publishing.

I’ve written book 2 of the Rakes of London series, How To Ruin A Rake, which was great fun and involves Allegra, the exceedingly uptight sister of Carenza and, (obviously) a Rake who ends up being completely undermined by her. It’s the road trip from hell.

I’m also finishing up a novella for an anthology with Diana Palmer, Hometown Fall, and got the joy of setting it in Sebastopol, California where I lived for a year, which takes Fall very seriously indeed. It’s a one-off story with an injured F.B.I. agent and the girl next door.

One thing I haven’t told you much about is my new book under my Catherine Lloyd name-a completely new direction for me as it's historical fiction. The book is called Chelsea Girls, a novel of Mary Quant and swinging London. I’m very excited to share this one with you all. It took me a year to write because there was a lot of research but I’m very proud of it.

Hopefully, next year I’ll get back up to speed with my self-published books and release some more vintage Kate Pearce.
