Upside Down and a trip to Scotland

Hello lovelies,

Just a quick one from me, as I'm super busy finishing the new Miss Morton book before my trip to Scotland next week. (The details of the event I'm attending are below.)

I hope you enjoy this month's free book from Liz Gavin, and for more free spicy reads keep an eye out for another email from me on Friday...

Happy reading,

A free book for you this August

Upside Down by Liz Gavin is a sizzling CEO Polyamorous Romance. When control meets chaos!

She's used to being in complete control. Until two irresistible forces make her question everything.

Carol has clawed her way to the top of the corporate world through sheer dominance and unwavering control. As a powerhouse CEO, she's conquered boardrooms and bedrooms alike—but lately, the pressure is fracturing even her steel resolve.

Enter temptation in two devastating forms: Cindy, the stunning new receptionist who has been watching Carol’s every move, studying her, and wanting her. Confident and hungry, Cindy doesn't just admire Carol's success—she's determined to claim the woman behind the power suit. And Mark, Carol’s devoted partner, who has been falling short of her needs. Desperate not to lose the love of his life, this loyal submissive is ready to shatter every boundary to win her back.

When admiration becomes obsession and devotion turns dangerous, Carol faces an impossible choice: Can she surrender control long enough to embrace a love that defies every rule she's lived by? Or will opening her heart to both of them destroy everything she's sacrificed to build?

Perfect for fans of workplace power dynamics, emotional polyamory, and alpha heroines who don't need saving.

No cheating. No other woman/other man drama. No cliffhangers—just pure, unputdownable passion with a guaranteed happily-ever-after.

Heat Level: Scorching

Hello lovely readers, I would like to say that Spring has sprung here but it wouldn’t be true. We’re in what I refer to as ‘false spring’ and ‘I don’t know which coat to wear when I go out’ weather. The daffodils are providing an optimistic brightness and it’s no longer dark in the morning so I’ll take it and hope for more. I did visit Hay On Wye last week, which is known as ‘Book Town’ because there are more second hand bookstores there than anywhere else in the country—40+ I believe in a...

Hello lovelies, and are we all pleased that January is finally over? My birthday’s in January so I always enjoy that, but not much else. We didn’t have any snow just lots of rain. I did get to visit Jane Austen’s House in Chawton, which was inspiring, and my husband took me out for lunch at a lovely restaurant called The Pig, so I had a wonderful day! Book wise it’s time to think about what I’m writing this year. You’ll be getting book 2 in the Regency historical romance series, How To Ruin A...

Happy new year my lovelies! We had the tiniest sprinkling of snow this morning, but the sky is still blue, and the sun is shining, so I don’t mind the cold. We had a lovely Christmas with our kids, heard Christmas carols sung by the world famous Wells Cathedral choir, walked the Christmas light trail at Stourhead, (a National Trust stately home), and watched all our favourite movies. I hope you all had an excellent holiday season, too! I finished up two projects over the holidays: How To Ruin...
